Hello, I’m Amy, an experienced veterinary nurse with a passion for caring that spans over 21 years. Originally from the country, I moved to the Sunny Coast in 2005 and have since been privileged to join the Yandina Veterinary Family.

My career began in Toowoomba, where I worked alongside an avian specialist with a fondness for exotics. From monkeys to lions, turtles to parrots, and even ferrets and snakes, I’ve had the pleasure of treating a wide array of animals.

At home, my furry and clucky family includes the energetic boxer Zeppie, along with a handsome rooster named Fried and two hens, Kentucky and Teriyaki. My partner and son have dreams of a hobby farm, a goal we’re actively pursuing!

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll likely find me on the soccer field, trying my best to keep up with the young ones. I look forward to meeting you and your beloved pet soon!
